• Distance Learning Centre -- Lancashire, UK.  Appears to be a small private Distance Learning Venture specializing in Nurse Training, University and Teacher Preparation. 

• University of Dundee, Scotland. The Distance Learning Section (DLS) of the Department of Orthopedic & Trauma Surgery, at the University of Dundee, was founded in 1990. Its main role is to develop, implement and support distance learning courses in orthopedic and rehabilitation technology and related fields, for medical and paramedical professionals in the health care services and industries.
