Graduate and
Undergraduate International Scholarship
Value
of Scholarship:
Scholarships range from 20%-50% tuition
waivers, renewable each year until completion of a degree, as long as
the student is in good academic standing.
Minimum
eligibility:

full-time degree-seeking students

Submission
of a complete scholarship application form

Submission
of a complete admissions application

Demonstrate
a strong academic record - 3.0 or “B” average GPA

Submit the
following standard scores:

TOEFL –
213 (computer based)*

GMAT
scores (for MBA candidates only)
-
GRE scores
(if applicable)
-
Short essays
on the following topics
-
Academic
Ability
-
Leadership
qualities and potential
-
Extra-curricular Activities (involvement in student clubs, college
groups, or community service activities)

Work
experience and professional growth (required for graduate students
only)
In order to complete HPU’s Admissions
application, students are required to:

Complete an application for
undergraduate/graduate studies.

Pay a $50.00 non-refundable application
fee by credit card, bank wire, or by sending an international check.

Submit a signed copy of the HPU
Statement of Financial Sponsorship.

Mail an original or certified copy of a
bank statement showing that you (or your sponsor) have an account
which holds sufficient funds to cover the total estimated costs, which
are $18,215 for the 2002/2003 academic year.

Submit test results from any English
proficiency tests recognized by HPU or take the HPU English placement
test upon arrival.

Submit certified copies of secondary
education completion certificates
